Directions: Use one scoop with 8-10 oz of cold or hot drinks, smoothies, oatmeal, yogurt, or you can even bake with it. Add to your morning coffee to make it a different taste as well as a protein coffee. We recommend using a blender or shaker cup to avoid clumping. Clumping can occur as a result of not being blended enough or for allowing to sit to long.
